Kassadin Early Game Buffs

Kassadin needs buffs to his early game, because pre level 6, he bad. Without items, he's bad. Not to mention his e does NO damage early game. BUFF KASSADIN!!!!! :D

If you max E first it does significantly more damage than if you max it 2nd...

Well, it deals damage if you max that first. Did it a few times vs Zed mid so I can farm with Q while still having decent waveclear and good assist to my jungler. But yes, his early game is weak
