Let Us Pick Announcer Voice

With the release of Star Guardian Ahri showing that it is indeed possible to allow players to choose what announcer voice is present in the game (ie classic voice and SG Ahri voice), I feel that it'd be fun if Riot gave us the choice to pick older announcer voices such as the GP voice from the Burning Tides event.
