Teemo smite top. (New jungle item)

This may sound weird but I've been itching to play Teemo top lane with the new jungle item. I haven't actually tried it yet but it sounds good on paper. You start with Hunters Machete steal their blue at level 1 (naturally) then you go back to lane and rush Skirmishers Sabre with Runeglaive. This sounds great for Teemo as Skirmishers sounds perfect on him and the Runeglaive gives him some much needed AOE (planting a mushroom in a fight is easly punishable). Plus you have an excuse to take smite on Teemo and troll their jungler. Tell me your thoughts!
