More Movespeed Runes Please

So i know that these will probably not become standard or anything, but i personally would really enjoy having movespeed marks,seals and glyphs, instead of just movespeed quints. I find that if i want to add movespeed to my runepage i cant use some of the quints that i would like to use, and having movespeed available in other rune types would help out alot with that.

Edit: Honestly i would be ok if they were really weak and not actualy worth it for competative play. would just be fun to have a true full movespeed runepage.
