His E makes him a easy diver. Also I doesn't make sense that he can zhonyas while on his stick (he should be able to take damage from turret while on his stick). Also when he E all DOT on him does not effect him at all.

but DOTs do affect him when he's E'd. (Or they did, and I didn't see a patch notes declaring a change to that. It's the same as Vlad's Pool)

This is correct. Ignite, Liandry's, poison, Hemmorhage, etc. all remain in effect and will continue doing what such effects normally do until such effect wears out. Why does nobody realize that without his E Fizz is useless? The only champion I play mid with is Fizz and I went just Fizz for about 40/50 games at one point. I have probably played at least 70-100 games as him, and if you tried him too you would realize that his E is vital to his kit. His Q is useless except to get near someone or to proc Lich Bane. His W is now useless after his "nerf." His R is impossible to land unless you are pretty much in Urgot range of the enemy. So OH NO FIZZ CAN E DOING A WHOPPING 700 DAMAGE AT LEVEL 13! But that is so much damage? Because all the other champions are so balanced, Katarina can do 6000 damage at level 11 in a 1v5. Nasus can Q for 1000 damage every 3 seconds. If you aren't someone in B5 and you can actually play Veigar post-"rework" you can put out 1500 damage with a Q and a W at level 13. So please go complain about the people like Nidalee that have no counterplay instead of the champion who with one simple cc is forced to Zhonya's and has massive counterplay if you know what you are doing.
