How do you make Poppy do her "third" joke?

Poppy/Background

So if you look at Poppy's page on the wiki, she has a joke where she says, "Jokes? Yeah, I know jokes." In playing her in probably 100 games since her rework, I think I managed to get her to say this once and I'm not sure how. AFAIK it's her only reference to her former self so if someone could tell me how to make her say this it would make me super happy. Thanks :)

Its just like how Karma has the quote "Guess whats about to hit the fan".

1 in a million, but its there.

I think you have to cycle through her full first joke cycle first, then it might play next.

normally it's the first thing she says in her joke cycle when I use her joke
