Support Items In Solo Lanes

This is a massive issue, why are support items being allowed to be in solo lanes ? as of s9 support items were nerfed to not be in solo lanes AT ALL. as of this season they werent, what is the point of allowing it now ? i had a talk with riot on twitter where i stated the issue, they rejected it, then upon further investigation in youtube and looking into it (thank you zero). they found it was an issue, look ill make this simple THE KOREANS are using specral sickle xayah adc and its working wonders, top lane senna can use it and work wonders, nerf it ! before we hit s10 and this is a ranked issue ! Please just help me remove this entire thing from the game, this is beyond broken honestly. i was told by this player support person to get the devs to see this so i am doing just that. BROKEN as ever, thank you for listenting, remove this entire thing and revert it to old support items. Namely with spectral sickle by the way, obnoxious
