New DraftPick Teamfinder Team Balancing

I was very excited about the new game queuing system, in theory it should have been amazing and made life so much easier, but instead, it is quite lacking and has made playing this game much less enjoyable then it previously was. I have been playing this game for about 2 years now and this will probably be when I stop playing. Since the new system has been put into place I have experienced extremely unbalanced teams.... to the point where I have people on my team that aren't even 30 yet playing against gold players and we just get eaten. So I sit in que dealing with people who can't click buttons or try to wait until last minute to hit buttons and fail and sit waiting for a game for 15 - 25 minutes only to get into a game that is over within the first 10 minutes because we are getting absolutely murdered and people are so behind in gold and level that its pointless. I don't see any balance or any logic at all actually. If this is how the system is going to work, looks like I will start looking for a new game because I don't wanna waste the little free time I have doing this.
