Idea for a Change to Caretaker's Shrine

This is probably a dumb idea, but I was wondering if Bard's W heal could rise based on the number of chimes he has? Of course maybe the base heal could be toned down, but this would encourage the roaming playstyle even more. This change could also make his heal a lot more important to players, as it's most likely the least interesting aspect to his kit.
