DC issues in patch 7.22

Just got DCed from a game, given leaver punishment, even though I was able to eventually restart my computer and rejoin to help my team win. My connection is great (high speed and ethernet wired, not wifi), my computer works great, and prior to the new patch I had never had any issues with DC.

With the release of 7.22, I've not only experienced DC myself (usually for a second or two), but have noticed other players clearly experiencing them as well (standing still for a few seconds at a time when they should be running/fighting/etc.). This occurs at least every other game on one team or the other.

If anyone else is experiencing similar issues, please write about them below, so Riot can gauge how severe this problem is.

I think we all can recognize that server/bug DC issues ruin the game by creating an uneven playing field and that while punishing those who DC intentionally is necessary, punishing those who are DCed through no fault of their own is discouraging at best, and for most of us, simply enraging.
