vayne and press the attack

Hey I have been playing league for a little under a year. I Started as a jungle and moved to add about 8 months ago. Since I had made the switch I had been basically one tricking jinx. Now with the critic champs being gutted im looking to broaden my champ pool. I've been seeing a lot of vayne players taking press the attack and then going bork -> rage blade ->life steal ->defense /dmg. my question is does press the attack stack with silver bolts. Thanks a bunch and rito pls unbreak my crazy baby jinx :).

Since True DMG is unaffected by any DMG-Apmplifiers. No.

It does, but just know that PtA only applies the damage bonus AFTER you stack the third time, which means for vaynes silver bolts you would have to proc it twice.
