What is up with champ select

champion select right now in my opinion is very broken and not clean to understand. Everytime i play i either get stuck with players who dont know how to use it and they always dodge or people who get there champion banned and then they dodge out of pure saltiness. i just think we need a cleaner and more smooth champ select. another problem i have is that league has been out for six years and still cant implement a system for when people dodge add another person in solo queue. Also for players who r new to the game the system will be very complicated to understand and to grasp. i know for me (LVL 30 who has been playing for 2 and a half years) it was difficult for me to understand and i got kicked out the queue for not locking in or not picking and banning. pls rito fix this so its easier to understand.
