Alas, poor donger, banner knew the well

Riot I like all the changes in this patch, however as a person who plays heimer as my second favorite i can't help but be sad at these changes because my poor heimer got nerfed like a truck in it. I am speaking about the banner of command which is one of heimer's or well, was one of his core items.

Giving his turrets % damage increase was a huge deal and was a huge increase in his overall damage from his turrets that in my opinion kept his turrets as a really useful tool. A way to keep the turrets as high damage dealing pelters even if you weren't completely owning your lane. The MR is nice from the aegis passive now but fact is in the end that won't help the turrets survive much more than before in the long run, and building an aegis on heimer in lane isn't the most beneficial step most of the time. especially if you're versus a AD mid.

TLDR: Any chance we can see heimer's turrets get some buffs for the damage they lost this patch at least? Since with the valor passive gone, they lost a good chunk of damage and banner is now a lot less useful on dinger
