New matching making! Problems.

I like the new concept we can finally get the roles that we want to get and be good at playing those roles. Although there are some complications longer wait time to play one game. I have been in Que for 10+ minutes and I am in silver league. Also you can not hover over the ban that you want and walk away you literally have to press ban which is not that big of a deal but when you do not know this and come back to realize that you have been kicked and not now to wait 5 more minutes to before you can Que is annoying.
