Does anyone think Yi is OP?

I think Yi got no counterplay at all and his kit is just too strong but simple. It is just not fun to play against him. Be specific, as long as you know how to stack up Guinsoo before you get in deep into the fight, the dmg is just insanely strong, true dmg as well.

1. Yi's Q - most cc in league have channel time and skillshot and cast distance. and Yi's Q range is far enough to use before most champions' spell hit Yi. So that, minimum reaction time and prediction would dodge ~90% of cc.
2. Q's duration and cast time, unlike Zed's ult, we can predict he gonna be behind the champion in certain amount of time. however Yi's Q duration is too long, and position kinda hard to locate. Also, everything AA lower its cooldown, just no counterplay at all, when he can hit you(Not gonna have Teemo every game, and Teemo got no cc~)
3. Insanely strong 1v1, 1v2 bot lane potential - I can't think of any bot laners, can really shut down Yi. (Maybe braum and lucian, and that's all).
4. Item- To be useful and relevant,you just need bloodrazor, Guinsoo, half ruined-king , that's enough for him to melt baron(maybe baron is too weak at this point~).
5. Toooo much true dmg, when you got a full build tank,(for example Maokai) versus yi . I don't think that tank can stand for 5 seconds. (By experience, death recap show me >1300 true dmg in ~2.0 second)
6. W and ult slow immunity- Let's think of this case, 2 people, 1 adc , 1mage, 3cc in total (one of em is slow), would that be enough to stop Yi. The answer for me is No, slow immunity deny one of the CCs, q can probably dodge one of the sklllshot, then What's next~~ what else left to stop his W. I mean W should n't give him armor and resistance, with insane healing.
7. Other things are decent, like base state, jg speed, good gank(especially diving), that means "it takes no skill to play like a decent player", "1v9 champion" if enemy team com is bad, no instant cc, or one of the lane got ran down, then that's a free game ( winning conditions).
8. Please look at the state, opgg , platinum+ 53.10% win rate. diamond+ 53.95% win rate u.gg - 52.65% platinum+ diamond 53.22%. his existence is now beyond skill level. (cryface
