Prevailing attitude of at least one (usually more) people every single game I have.

I'm a very safe player. I usually don't end up with huge amounts of kills. But I don't die either and my kda is almost always very positive. Been playing a lot of Ahri lately and people have started blaming me because I don't have like 15 kills. I may have 7-9 kills on a good game but then 0-1 deaths. I consider that to be OK. If I'm not dying I'm denying Gold.

Anyway the point I'm very slowly getting to is that it's almost always someone feeding horrendously and no matter if I'm MIAing... following the midlaner down to counter gank.... or whatever. It ends up being my fault, or the junglers, or tops, but NEVER, NEVER the fault of the person that is doing the blaming. I'm just using bot lane as an example here not singling that lane out as it happens everywhere.

What is it about people that do badly in this game and then feel the need to target others in a blatant attempt to shift blame from themselves? How can they even begin to justify it to themselves let alone other people that can I dunno... see the score and what's been happening in the game? Most importantly why is this behavior so RAMPANT in league of legends. I don't know maybe it's rampant in the real world as well, I don't get out much.

I don't know if I'm actually seeking answers here or just giving a voice to an observation that I'm consistently making.

TLDR..... Why do people who play badly always blame everyone else and never themselves?

Mostly because it's easier to throw the blame onto something else instead of realizing the fault was their own.

Everyone does it, just a part of life I suppose.

Kind of irrelevant to what I'm saying. I get that it's frustrating if you are doing badly but blaming other people when it's clearly your own fault is ridiculous unless they somehow had a hand in it and 90% of the time it has nothing to do with other people.

IF you are specifically referring to how I said them getting mad at me as a mid laner then also notice that I say that I call MiA and follow my laner if he\she leaves. If they still die due to not paying attention that is their own fault.

I find it's pretty rare if someone is doing terribly that it can be directly attributed to someone else despite what almost all players who go around blaming everyone around them will have you believe.

I get that it's a team effort but this kind of attitude is never helpful. As soon as someone starts blaming other people in chat the game might as well be over, they spend less and less time csing\doing anything to contribute and just bitch\blame people in chat. I see it ALL the time.

I guess I'm kind of saying own your own shitiness. If i fuck up I generally say "sorry that was my bad" and I don't do it again. I don't sit there and start a tirade of abuse towards the jungler because he wasn't there to save me from my own stupidity.

I don't think I'm getting through to you. This isn't a me thing. It's not about me being flamed personally. That happens but generally I'm just talking about people blaming other people (not necessarily me but it happens to me to) and being completely incapable of accepting personal responsibility for anything that THEY do.

I'm just going to leave it at that. Not trying to cause an argument just trying not to be misunderstood.

Yeah I get you. Often times when I play Zac top I end up with only a couple kills but usually zero to two deaths as most. I don't get a lot of toxic people though, maybe because it's sub level 30 matchmaking?

I guess I'll see when I get there!
