Rankeds matchmaking. Nope!

Sometimes I wonder why I gets rly bad players in my team. I realize then, that thesse players are on my play Level. It's ok. I just need to be a bit better, then my teammates also will be. But sometimes I wonder also, why my opponent team isn't on my LvL? U know, it rly sux when u lose a match cuz opponent team totally fuked u and ur teammates. Well, Im not angry when I lose a match, when both teams were on equal LvL, I just have a fun then. But it's not funny, when u lose a 1/3 rankeds of fact, that enemy team was just above ur tier. The questions is - Why I cant get an enemy team on equal or similar play lvl, when I get my on my lvl? Don't u think this ranked matchmaking is a bit.... <bad word> ? I thought rankeds are for playing against a players who are equal to u, not who totally rekt u.
Enemy mains, enemy 50/100% more win games, more experience etc. U know what I mean guys. Ofc the same situation inversely. Sometimes I get OP teammates, and opponent team is rly bad. We all like win rankeds, but I have a remorse to win match in that way. Im just in despair now, I stopped play rankeds and i try to have fun with this game (cuz I love that moba). But cmon, Im type of player who always wanted to achieve something, but this Matchmaking stand on my way.
Until I end, I just want to repeat once more time. Im not typical guy who complaining about my teamamtes (noob jungler, feed top lul), cuz I know it depends on my mmr etc, but I think, matching opponents is totally random. It's Vicious Circle: I need better mmr for better teammates>I got overpowered opponent team>my mmr drops>I still need higher mmr.
