I really dont think its fair that if you are super fed and dont need minions you are still punished for an average cs count, is that really the only reason why i didnt at least get an S-? 23/2/11 leblanc highest gold earned, 125 cs

You have 125 cs as a midlaner at 38 minutes. That is not "average". That is very far below average. You didnt deserve an S. You always need minions. Why? Because more minions means you are constantly pushing towards objectives. The point of the game is to win quickly, not dick around playing ARAM for 30 minutes
