Why is Twisted Treeline ineligible for hextech boxes?

I hope this will get a response from a red, but does anyone know why Twisted Treeline is the ONLY game mode to not have a scoring system for champions, thus being unable to get chests for the keys we get? I wasn't really saying much until the featured game mode for the weekend was hexakill twisted treeline, and even that mode has the ability to gain an S rank and thus get a chest.

As a 3's only player, this is an extremely frustrating choice on behalf of Riot, I see no reason why us 3s players should be treated this way when 5s, aram, and all featured game modes can obtain chests.

ARAM also does not have one.

They're looking into implementing a scoring system into every mode.

Wait, what? I got a key fragment and orange essence on TT though.

Yes, you can get key fragments, but not chests, because it's impossible to get an S ranking since there is no scoring system.

Neither ARAM nor TT have Champ Mastery and are thus ineligible for Hextech Crafting chests. Riot's expressed interest in expanding Mastery to TT/ARAM, but enabling Mastery for Rotating Game Mode queues is apparently higher-priority for the foreseeable future.

My bad, for some reason I thought ARAM also had a scoring system, but still, it's pretty odd that hexakill and urf had a scoring system but not TT or ARAM.

I went from mastery level 4 to mastery level 5 only playing Twisted Treeline (I'm positive, I was not playing the champ on SR so I could flash wood mastery after kills for tilt..).

Check the timestamps. This post is from May 2016, over a year ago. Champ Mastery was added to TT and ARAM in patch 6.12, released in June 2016. It bears mentioning though that, for whatever reason, TT and ARAM still don't have Mastery tokens.
