New Champ Select giving me aneurysm

I can't be the only one who despises the new champ select THIS much.

Extensive queue times due to dodges
Can not pick lane according to what lane has already been picked on the enemy team (to counter)
I have dodged three times already ONLY because I'm 4th or 5th and I don't see it's my turn to ban until four or five seconds are left and by the time I panic pick a champ the timer is already up.
I don't want to glare at the champ select screen for the whole duration just to be sure I don't dodge

Did you complain about queue time do to dodges then go on to say how often you dodge?

You don't know how many games I've played. How can ou say "often" without know the denominator... 3 of how many games? Also, I'm blaming the structure of the selection, no the players that keep on dodging.
