Suggestion for Runes.

Ok, I would like this to appear in a future update for rune pages. Whenever you have all of the tier 3 version of one rune (say attack speed), it will replace any tier 1 and 2 versions you might have. Just a way to clean up our rune page inventories a bit more, and make it look better. Thanks.
