Why am I placed in bronze IV when this is my team?

Honestly I'm tired of this matchmaking system. Last season I didn't bother playing beyond the placements and some ranked matches exactly because of this terrible system, but seriously I know we lost but why am I not compensated for being the best on the losing team? I was the only one with a positive KDA and a half decent farm number. But bronze 4? seriously? Cause some idiots can't play? This is just absurd.
