I'm concerned about playing with Rakan/Xayah bot lane

This post has nothing to do with balance. This post is addressing the people I'm worried about seeing bot. It goes a little something like this:

"Im going Xayah. Pick Rakan." "I dont have Rakan" "WTF. PICK RAKAN" "I dont ha- "FEEDING"

This usually wouldn't matter with most champs because they dont have special interactions with others. But with Rakan and Xayah having unique interactions with their W's, I'm kinda worried about this scenario playing out. I play alot of support, and there are people who want you to pick exactly what THEY want you too. And if you don't, they whine or just go feed. Im not trying to solo out ADC's either, it DOES go both ways. Anyone else worried about this?

It's already hard enough trying to deal with other people, clashing strategies and whatnot, but I already deal with alot of "My way or feed" kind of people. Its incredibly annoying, and I wanna know what you guys think about this.

I'm more worried about their willingness to give special gameplay interactions between two champions. I'm okay with the champions being linked in lore, and even having them released simultaneously to support that. But the unique spell interactions with each other is too much. It's a hidden power that's not necessary for either champion to function. This means either the effect is small enough that it's pointless, or else you create a balance nightmare (do you balance these two champions to be able to be played on their own, or work off the assumption if you have one, you have the other).

Riot's design team has gravitated so far in the "wouldn't it be cool if..." direction, that it's like they've lost sight of actual design principles.

It might happen here and there but I don't think it will be a big deal. Ues they have interactions but not to the point that they cannot function without each other. Xayah is a viable ADC on her own and Rakan(at this time) is a hella good support with any ADC from what Ive seen of streamers using it

Its same thing with say Kalista "Going Kalista, pick Nautilus" "I am not good with Naut" "FEEDING"

To be frankly honest with you, the people who will say that, will feed anyway, they were just looking for a convenient excuse to self-justify it as your fault.
