Can someone tell me if this build is good or not?

So I've been playing some Graves, and I've been having moderate success with a somewhat tanky build.

Warriors (if jungle) > Black cleaver > Frozen heart > Death's dance > PD, with maybe some situational items like maw or something. I also take swifty boots.

Can someone tell me if this is a good build? With this I get a lot of tankiness (which goes well with the stats from e), great kiting potential and I still do a lot of damage with my combos. Is this a bad build? Am I doing it right?

if you have success with it then sure.. if not try something else

Your build should change from game to game, with the exception of core items such as IE if you go crit graves or whatever
