Fizz or Orianna for climbing?

I really want to climb higher in elo. Ive decided to play mid lane and i really enjoy Orianna and Fizz. Which would be a more viable champ to main and dedicate time to? Im silver 2 by the way, thanks for your time!

Both are a lot of fun...Fizz is obviously the stronger snow-baller...however, he has a lot of counterplay on matchups. Orianna is the far safer choice of the two. She is one of the safest picks in midlane that there is...you can't go wrong with putting time into her. Unlike Fizz, however, her skill cap is much higher.

Fizz is an easier champion to learn and play, and a better solo queue champion, because he is an assasin compared to Orianna who has an ult that is teamfight comp based. You can do well with both, but I would recommend Fizz as I play him and do very well. Fizz also requires a lead in Kills, as his waveclear from behind is atrocious considering he can't even clear a wave with an e. SAYING THAT

Fizz is banned way more than Orianna. So why not play both ;)

It really depends on ur team comp. ask or see ur team comp. if ur team shows some what of an wombo or see someone that can deliver ur ball really quickly (ex: vi, Lee, Shyv, malph) i would play ori. but if u dont see an wombo potential play fizz. really depends on ur team comp
