Freezing in champ select??? LOSING 10 LP because of it???

I dont know about anyone else but I am having the problem where im trying to rank and play and at moments the dynamic que works fine.

But then other moments the game freezes on champ select making me the person to "dodge" the que when I literally could not pick a champ or have know it was my turn to choose one. It's only been happening patch 6.2 but now more often in 6.3

Maybe it's me, but im losing 10 lp every time that happens now. What kind of bull crap is this when it's not my fault for this system error in the server. I want to climb, i dont want to lose lp, Im trying to get in games and try to at least win.

If anyone is having a problem like i am post below and hopefully riot will see if there is anything to fix, cause I've asked others and they faced the same issues also
