Update What Can be Bought With Blue Essence

I'm not sure if there is a similar topic, so I ceated this one. In my opinion there should be some additional options of what you can buy with your Blue Essence. I have been playing LoL since its Beta, and now I have all champons and rune pages bought. Now I just acumulate Blue Essence, and have nothing to buy with it. In my case i have around 30k Blue Essence, but a friend of mine has 60k just sitting there. Obviously I'm not asking for skins to be purchasable with Blue Essence (though a cool skin worth 30-50k Essence would be nice), but if you can add the option for Keys and Chests to be buyable with Essence it would be cool. For an example, a Key can be worth 2-5k, and Boxes around 5-10k, this would make sure that it's still better to buy skins with RP, but old and veteran accounts with (right now) useless Blue Essence would be able to get something out of it.

Dude I'm sitting on 158k lol and I agree chests and keys should be able to buy with BE because I'm also sitting on 8 chests in my loot and no keys whatsoever lol.

Same, I often find myself with chests I can't open couz the key drop from the honoring system is low :(

Twice a year, they add the Blue Essence Emporium to the in-client store (next one should be within the next couple of months if they're sticking to the same time ranges). This is intended to be the major BE sink for those players who have all the champions. There are items that cost over 100,000 BE (including a full skin), and skin chromas are also available (2,000 BE for normal chromas and 10,000 for chromas that are normally content creator exclusives).

Adding more BE consumables in the regular shop will end up being worse for people with no impulse control, since they won't be able to save up for the massively expensive items in the BEE if they constantly have Hextech Chests and Keys available to burn off their savings.

I actualy forgot about that. Even though it is some kind of BE sink, I still think they should add Keys for BE, at the least.
