Hextech Euw?

Hextech released NA on Monday and it is now Sunday but we still haven't got anything. I know they are rolling it out across the regions but this is ridiculous. It shouldn't take a full week to bring out something already on the NA servers and honestly I'm getting a little bit jealous of everyone unboxing a shiny skin shard whilst I am sitting here with no money and no skins...
