What's the point of having 145 (?) champions when a lot of them are rotting in the forgotten garbage bin.
I suggest you to play Fiddlesticks for a while, probably one of the most miserable experiences you can have in this game.
Riot is already reworking Voli and Fiddle next i'm pretty sure.
Fiddle is coming in 2020. so just hold up.
Making new champions doesn't stop them from working on what's already here, doesn't stop them from making skins or balance changes either... People need to realize these are all done by multiple teams that don't have to stop one thing to make something else happen. Some parts of them work together, but they are all still separate teams that spread out the way the game operates.
