I'm on the fence here, as i don't really know how MagPen works. some insight would be great. i primarily use Heim and Sona, so they are who i would be referring to. any advice would be greatly appreciated. [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

pretty much yeah
mpen is going to work better with people who don't have as high of ap scalings but high bases or ad-scaling-magic (shaco says hi)
for hec you're probably better off with mpen runes but sona's gonna be better with ap
FireDrizzle1 votesAP quints are overpowered so unless you're playing a tanky champ with magic damage that has low/no ap scalings go for ap quints. Magic pen marks are more effiecent than ap marks. I think magic pen glyphs are better than ap glyphs, but I cant gurantee it.
