I think nerfing her passive was enough,but ult ms is too much.Dont get me wrong,but how do u spouse to catch somebody and proc vitals faster when u dont have your speed.Im fiora main and now she feels so cluncky to me, played vs mundo eh?Before it was easy now i cant catch him cuz he runs away cant poke with q and run like before.I think its better to nerf her dmg output then ms.
I'm with you there. Her winrate has shot down since her nerf and riot even increased MS in her passive after the nerf because the balance team literally made her useless. Right now i feel like procing all vitals on her ult is impossible on champs with some CC and especially those with mobility. She already lacks CC and reliable escapes so i don't think her movement speed should be touched, considering how dependent she is on procing her vitals. Her damage is way too high early game so that is what needs to be looked at.
Riot will double ms obtained when u hit a ult vital point , and if this doesnt work , they ll revert the nerf. So strange riot says they are thinking about revert a nerf.
