I tested in tree line and rifts and when you hover over cass e it say increase poison dmg by .45% and when i land a q it does 31 dmg per secwhen i use 2 twin fangs it remains 31 dmg per sec why is the dmg amp not apllying?

Either way that's still wrong, as it is 20% per stack for a max of 40% dmg amp.

Wheatloaf2 votesI'm not sure how you would measure it, as no tooltips would show the increased damage values anywhere. It could not be working, but making that assumption from a post with no video evidence and wrong numbers probably isn't a good idea.
