Can riot actually make a patch where they nerf ranged champions?

Every patch is the same more buffs than nerfs, there have never been a patch thats the other way around for as long as I can remember and of course thats going to create unbalance. The dmg in the game is to damn high and you cant actually manage to pull off a play before you're low on health or dead. Gold income is way to high wich makes late and scaling champs get their core way to fast and punishes you for picking a early game champion like nidalee or shaco. Items usually have no impact compared to exp advantage and it all comes down to being higher level and it's boring that a game where you can't really deny exp comes down to this wich makes people pick easy to survive champions that sustains very good or can keep out of danger almost completly till they get a kill oppertunity with a jungle gank or forces opponent out of lane, I dont want a top lane where they pick vayne to bully their opponent with extremly much early game dmg that gets even higher once they start snowballing, the runes help ranged champions to much and range champions are atm unskilled and easy role to play and seems to be favored by the balance team.

When riot buffs something its usually a remodel of an ability, more dmg. more range, more crit, true dmg, longer cc. When riot nerf something its usually less hp reg, less hp, less heal, less shield, less armor Of course ranged champions gets abused when every melee champ dies as easily as them and do as much dmg (once they get close) because they are way better in lane and are just frustrating and boring to play against.

Ranged champions needs straight up nerf for being ranged only, make runes punish them for being ranged like PTA doesnt get increased dmg or autoattacks does less dmg on melee champions only as every adc is now viable top lane and they lane bully every melee champion and get freefarm wich is boring I believe the game would be much better if they buffed most of the items and nerfed every abilities base damage and base dmg reduction and made them into ratio focused instead, so that you actually felt rewarded for winning lane and get farm, also nerfing tanks base stats and abilities and buff their items so they become tanky and did dmg once they got their items instead of overbuffed early game abilities like poppy Q or ornn W. make them hp ratio based and give items more hp and stats instead and remove most of the base dmg. Also give the game more variation for example why did you nerf ap rek'sai but than later add kai'sa to the game, it makes no sense why you would want to remove variety from a moba game and force it to be played the way you want it to play out, it makes it less exciting to play when you only play one build that stays exactly the same. But than again I already brought up that items is the biggest problem of this game as they barely have any impact if you're not a adc or ap mage that already have strong abilities to begin with.

Melee will never be allowed to be comparatively good on this game. I'm convinced of it. If you ever see a melee champ capable of taking the adc role all the pros and streamers will whine and cry that their right click outplay isn't the only thing bot and it will get nerfed. Guaranteed every time. Even saw the same thing with mages.

They did after 2 years of Consistent and accurate protest. And that lasted for 1 patch. Due to pro team protests and the whiny marksmen playerbase

Honestly its the Marksmen playerbase that needs a Good head shake. They are so biased and they frankly don't give a fuck about the overall health of the game. They just want to win by one sided stat check so they can massage their ego with a colored border.

Never mind the Fact the Decline of LoL coincided directly with Marksmen Dominance.

nothing is late game if it is not ranged as ranged fcks every champ up no matter what late game 1v1. problem is they do this early game and mid game aswell and have been doing this for a long time, there is facts that the game was at its best when nobody wanted to play support and adc was just good when it got farmed and had items aka season 3. I believe its good that they have added support items with shied and heal scaling or that you can go ap carry with support or even tank because that adds variety to the game but when a marksman like vayne or lucian is picked for top and just lane bullies the hell out of you because they synergies with runes better than any other role in the game it becomes so boring to play. They farm safely, pokes safely, controls the lane safely and have the same effect on their autos as you in melee and they will outscale you so whole game becomes a pain to play. Another rant is why would riot care what their pro players whines about over their whole 7.5 million players playing daily who's looking to have a fun and intresting game 1st of all these players have made a CHOICE to make a living out of league and compete in lcs I dont think they will quit playing because riot nerf stuff because they probably don't know anything else than to play this game so nothing would change. 2nd of all what makes these players more special than players like hashinshin or IWD who both have played in lcs have been supporters for the game since first season and maybe earlier, both are really good players and have a good understanding of it but they make videos everyday about whats not good in the game with legit reasons that many can relate too while the pro players just start whining if riot makes a change to balance the game because than they might be considered bad and lose their job. Its not just ranged champions.. like i said buff tanks items and nerf their ability dmg and remove true dmg from being passive effects tbh I believe a vayne with only a botrk and guinsoos and beserkers can easily 1v1 a sejuani or sion with a full tank build at lvl 6-18 and that just because of her abilities synergizing to well with the passive effects same with master yi because of his E and passive, There must be more items to counter ranged champions the only item i feel is in the right direction is randuins omen and it does 15% less atkspeed to those who attacks you (wich is litterally nothing as only the rune lethal tempo gives you 40-110% atk speed) and 10% less dmg take from crits (wich is not good enough as IE gives you 25% more crit dmg) thornmail is also in the right direction but it punish melee champions more than it punish the problem you really want to counter wich is adc. we need more counterplay to crit builds and we need more counterplay magic pene builds
