Getting higher ping than usual on this Patch [EUW]

Since this patch, I've been getting higher than usual ping when playing this game. I used to get around 79-89 now its more like 190-240.

I don't think this has to do with my connection as my friends report higher ping aswell [EUW].

I live in Morocco btw.
