what is riots balance ideas?

What is riot thinking when the balance the game. They make the easier champs to play the most rewarding? Take akali for example, she has 3 engages with her r and a stealth. she can 2 shot adc stealth, 2 shot the apc. Even if the adc is good and has summoers a aklali is that is just as good can get a kill of before dieing. the balance is very frustrating and i really don't care to play the game anymore. Play an assassin or tank or don't play league, is that the balance ideas behind lol?

I think the ap ratio is the issue Ability power ratio increased to (+40% AP) from (+30% AP). allowing her to dump her energy is already a form of more burst dmg. i don't see why she needs more ap scaling on it. she didn't need more dmg, just more item synergy imo. if she wants burst she should get lichbane for example. Thats what an assasin wants is burst... right? yet lichbane gives mana and doesnt scale that well early game, nor can she spellvamp off it.

i think lichbane should refund some gold if your an energy champion. maybe over time like a rod of ages does.
