Why can't i get key fragments

For some reason I don't get key fragments anymore even tho I'm always getting an S- or higher. A little while ago i left a game that i was doing well in cause i had to go to a party, when i came back i went to the lobby after the game and i got an s but it said i was illegible to get keys, does that mean i can never get keys again or was it just that game? Also before all this even happened i would get an s- or higher and still not get a key! what's up with this crafting system, PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I don't think key frags are guaranteed if you get an S- or higher. There's a chance to get a key frag any game that anyone on your team gets S- or up. It's super random. I rarely get them.
