Long story short, just got placed into bronze 4, bronze 2 season 6. won 8 games and got b+'s and s's (6, s's in total) i don't understand this ranked thing, because being placed lower then what you were last season when you finish off doesnt make any sense to me.. looking at op.gg on my stats it says i should be placed in silver4 for al my efforts to climb i get this which makes no sense what so ever
Maximum Morde1 votesBeginning of season places you lower than you were previous system pretty much every time. They push rank down as a reset to get people to play the ladder again and climb. Wouldn't make sense to just put the same two teams into the superbowl every year just because they were in it last year would it? Didn't think so.
Syncing Virus1 votesWhy implement placements, if people are just going to get dropped. why make people waste 10 games, all to find the most exciting thing about placements, is that riot likes to reset ranked every season, so you don't get any enjoyment out of being placed. Just my opinion.. waste of time having placement matches when you know your going to be placed at the lowest tier if your gold down <that's what i'm getting out of all this> .. i could be jerking off to ahri in a normal's game but i prefer to play ranked for the excitement being like, hey i could get placed higher then what i got this year because im doing relatively decent for winning x amount and losing less.
Lol with that little rant, i just want to say thanks for the info. I'm going to go back to enjoying this lovely climb.

Syncing Virus1 votesThis logic though.. I'm basically climbing regardless even if i got put in a higher placement, just like what everyone else does. like i said no point in having placements if you just get put tiers lower, but a this point im just wasting my time.
