An idea to make Mordekaiser successfull

He can't be suucessfull and healthy as a solo laner without changing his entire kit, yes i agree. Moving him away from the solo lane is a nice idea, but WHY INTO THE BOT LANE AND NOT THE JUNGLE?! it's won't work. Mordekaiser bot lane is a dead idea and only make the champion unviable. Non adc carry bot lane is not a bad idea and can work, but with a ranged dps orientated mage and not with an unmobile ap juggernaut. With his reworked kit he could be a promising jungler who is focused around counter jungling and objective control with a little gank potential. So my idea:

Q: Make it to deal 50% additional damage to monsters

W: Remowe the passive. Make it castable on Mordekaiser's ghost. Allow it to stun for maybe 1.5 second instead of heal when reactivated, but give it at least 1 second delay before it can be reactivated.

E: Keep it as it is now on the pbe.

R: Allow Mordekaiser to steal the ghost of the blue and red buff (not just dragon) Make his ghost's basic attack to debuff enemy champions. If Mordekaiser hit debuffed champions with one of his abilities their movement
speed will be slowed by 50% and attack speed by 30% for a few second. If Mordekaiser consumed the debuff they can't be debuffed again for 10 seconds.
