In my opinion the worst use of Captain Enchantment was on melee tank supports it should be on Adcs or mages the safe back liners who rarely have to move. By helping your tank move faster they can engage and come back to you to peel faster leading for you as the adc/ mage to not be focused as much. But all for me greed that fills mages and adcs minds kept that from being meta Also i cry at night for Atma's Impaler, Eleisa's Miracle, and item 3083 1000 hp 2% max hp regen a second riot and their constant nerfs to tank items and loading them with cdr while removing actual battle stats.

Miss ruby sightstone and face of the mountain, that was the only time I actually felt like I could play an effective tank support.
