Galio confusion

so im massively confused about galio and his skins now

i own 3 of his skins enchanted, hextech and debonair

the one that confuses me is debonair. back when we originally had galio his enchanted skin was on the level of nightmare chogath as it was just a simple recolor of the base skin, but after the update you made it look amazing ( no joke my favorite out of the 3 i listed) but what confused me is why was the debonair skin not given the same love.

enchanted galio and hextech are both 520 and yet they have different effects and animations depending on what move you do and different colors to me there closer to 975 skins than 520 maybe even 1350 for hextech yet debonair which is at 790 doesnt get any of that fancy update. was it hard for the designers to make his wind attacks white to fit with the skin since its now arguably worse that the 2 cheaper skins.

riot i love the galio update and wish to see more like it; and im loving how cheap and fun these skins are but it kinda leaves my old favorite out of the fun
