LoL Matchmaking

I really want to bring up what, in my opinion, is the biggest issue in the game right now: Matchmaking. I'm a Platinum 5 adc main and I usually stick to solo ranked so I can't speak for problems or matchmaking in normal's and/or in lower elo like Bronze and Silver. I believe my ranked games have too big a gap of ranks. I play games all the time with low Golds when I'm Platinum. Why doesn't the system put Platinum 5 players in games with people Gold 2 - Plat 3? That would make a lot more sense. If I lose a game because I am not skilled enough to play with Gold 2's - Plat 3's then I'm fine with dropping down to Gold 1 and then playing with Gold 3's - Plat 2's, but I don't want to play with worse people because I'm having bad luck in dynamic q. I'd like to play with people at the same skill level. I'd like to have a laning phase where my jungler and support match the enemy jungler and support's laning phase. I'd like to have a tank on my team. I'd like a team that has faith in their adc's ability to position well and carry them to victory. I'd like to tell the enemy team they earned a hard fought win that wasn't handed to them by making countless silly mistakes. I'd like the matchmaking team at Riot to make some changes and I'd like to enjoy playing League of Legends again. Thanks for reading, see you on the Rift!
