i really feel Loadouts would be very helpful to the future of LeagueOfLegends Gameplay. souly because many people are tired of having wrong runes Masteries and summoner spells from a previouse game still in affect. really tough for the Emperor when 'THE ORDER IS GIVEN!" Rank games will run smoother i am almost sure of it.
