ACCOUNT TRANSFER ISSUES!

I'm really enraged at the fact that people have to pay 20$ for a region change but then are forced to wait anywhere from an hour to a week for a transfer. I've been getting the same message saying my account is under the process of being transferred for over 15 hrs. I even submitted a ticket with no response from riot. This is an ongoing issue. Do not false advertise saying: "HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? - The transfers should be near-instantaneous."

I need this to be resolved. I've spent enough money on this game and am confused as to how I spend another 20$ to not be able to play on my account for upwards of a day now.
