Is it just me, or are the rankings messed up?

Hello everyone! I am LePyro6, and today I will be making my first discussion at a raging 10 matches of 6 wins into Bronze 5. I looked at the comments froim discussions, and i've been seeing people with 9 wins, ending up in Bronze 5. What is up Riot? Is getting into Gold about being nice to others, weither or not you're good? I have seen multiple witnesses with really good Kd's, CS, and Wins in 10 games, and they all end up in Bronze. Then due to the one loss, or any loss in your provisionals, you're paired up with people who are already in bronze from rushing, who don't know how to play the game. They should have the provisional people should all be in one queue, not paired up with people in Bronze already.

FIX THE RANKING SYSTEM. 9 WINS DOES NOT MAKE YOU BRONZE. OR AT LEAST PUT SOMEONE WHO HAS 9 WINS UP 3 RANKS TO BRONZE 1 YOU HAVE EYES RIOT, USE THEM.
