I never have a high ping, it's always steady at 24ms, always. This game it spiked to 140ms, 2 times? Why did this happen? Caused me to lose my lane badly resulting in a lost game. My internet worked fine, tried watching a youtube video and it loaded as fast as it usually does..

1.) Wrong section
2.) Run a ping test to the Riot server before you start a game. It only takes about a minute. Gaming connection strength isn't determined by "a youtube video"
I always play with 120-140ms ping. When i see posts like this i have to laugh.
Why are you asking us? I understand it might be confusing/frustrating, but a ping spike that happened only TWICE in ONE game is not a cause for concern. No one can tell you what happened in that particular game. All you can do is try to test it before every game. I typically load a practice game real quick, but I still sometimes have issues. No rhyme or reason. Just Rito things. Sorry that happened though.
