Free Champions...?

I was thinking if it would be a good idea for you to add a free sale for 1-3 champions of our choice for absolutely free, it would be awesome concidering most of the League Of Legends Community is F2P, we don't want to use any money to buy just 1 champion or 1 skin. This is why i came up with this idea, you could add this "Free Champion Sale" every year at the end of the year, to reward us, for working hard to get that Diamond, Masters and Challenger rank, and grind for 2 weeks to get that champion we really want for 6300 IP. We could choose from 1-3 Champions (Up to you how much Riot) of our choice, to enjoy/Try out that champion. Now I know that you give us new champions for free every week to try out, however it only lasts for 1 week, and some of us might not have time to play with most of those champions, this might help because you could give us a champion permenentaly, so we can play with that champion any time when we have the time. I have this account for less than 2 years, and i only got around to buy around 20 Champions, and like 2 of them cost 6300 IP, It does take a long time to earn that IP concidering I dont play too much, and not everyday. So hopefully this helps and might be added in the future! :)
