Realistically who wins, yasuo or garen top?

In my opinion its garen, yas just doesnt output enough damage early to deal with garens bonus armor health regen and crazy scaling

I think it's a pretty even matchup.

It just depends on who wins trades.

Yasuo will probably not kill a decent Garen player but he will still mostly free farm and outscale. The only way Garen can get decent trades off is commiting hard with his spin, thats in turn will push minion wave, and let Yasuo free farm under turret, and leave Garen overextended for ganks. Short trades won't work in this match up since Yasuo's shield blocks Garens Q damage. I would say really good match up overall for Yasuo.

heavily depends on the circumstances.

you cant trade with yasuo with fervor early game. he deals far more damage by utilizing animation cancels and auto resets.

id say before your first back, yasuo wins. if you manage to stay even until then to get bramble, garen outscales for a couple of levels.

Yasuo.......... once he finished item 3046 and item 3155 .................... so, as garen, you got to delay that as much as possible and hopefully have an item or two over him to be able to win not really a fun matchup.......

sometimes its not the lane match up but the game match up/ team comps etc

Garen rush item 3812 item 3046 and Yasuo will have 0 chance to win, just spin to farm minions and if he was there u will farm him on the way too.

than build tank items for later team fights and stay relevant thanks to item 3812 item 3046 combined damage + defense + utility stats, u can get item 3031 to make things vanish with just Q crit and still be tanky as fuk for fun.
