Stopped reading after Aatrox... 20-25 minutes in he gets Sated Devourer. Now, after sucking massively for most of the game, he becomes decent but still mediocre. OP!

Imo Shyvana needs a rework. Her dragon form is totally lame and her actual transformation feels unreliable (as the hitbox lies) and pretty unimpactful. Her dragon form should give her some interesting cc imo, thought mabye her ult cast could be more like Aatrox's leap where she jumps up, transforms, and then comes diving down knocking people up, (or even a knockback) with a gust of wind and fire.
