I'm just curious if anyone else hates them. Like, nine times out of ten, the four abilities on my champ give me enough to think about, I don't want to be fiddling with this item. I always end up trying to use it when it's not actually finished yet, or forget I even have the thing once it's done.
Personally, just about the only times I'll buy an active item are when I need a zhonya's against zed, or getting a seraph's (which is really good even without the active).
they can be annoying... but manageable. As a support, I usually have a min of 4 active items in my inventory, I have had 6 before lol

They're only fun for people that like multitasking or veteran/expert gamers, though.
Actives are the next tier of learning how to League.
At first they are annoying, but the more you remember and use them the better off you will be.

I do. I can stand having at most two items in my inventory with actives.
For what it's worth I only ever have two, I purposefully don't have builds with more than that because moving my finger around trying to remember that stuff, manage more cool downs, etc. just isn't worth it to me.
As support I have my original lane item either wards or spirits as one and the redemption, because obviously. As attackers it is usually just zhonyas/hextech something.
