Default Jg role in Draft (ranked and normal) to taking smite

Is there a reason Riot cannot default one of the two summoner spells to for the jg player? It's fine if players want to swap roles in chat, as can be removed, but I think this would help with the "jg forgot " situations. Getting into the nitty gritty really isn't that hard either.....if jg does not have then set a non- summoner spell to . That's the most commonly taken pair of summoners for jg ( and ).
